I added several pieces to the ./data subdirectory for additional input files we will likely be threading into our analyses of the DMS data
I changed the ./data/alignments directory to include the raw unaligned sequences and the bash script that executes mafft and raxml commands to generate the included alignments and phylogenetic trees
I uploaded two sets of data from prior published studies, measuring the ability of different homolog RBDs to support cell entry via ACE2, which we will ultimately use to put our affinity measurements into functional context
I updated the data/README file to describe these updated data input subdirectories, and update additional links to files within this README file
