Updated the script in a couple of minor ways:
Reverted a change I made to the tryCatch workflow -- I now returned it to the proper framework where the error function call returns NAs
Changed the
.Rmd
chunk names to have hyphens/underscores instead of spaces, since the
.md
figure files are named from the chunk name
Tried to improve the figure resolution by upping the
dpi
setting in each figure chunk, though it appears to have been to no avail
