Upshot is mutations in RBM directed mAb epitopes exhibiit constraint w.r.t. binding, epitopes in core RBD-directed Abs exhibit constraint w.r.t. expression effects of mutations. Going to move onto analyses of natural diversity for now before coming back to refine these analyses and visuals.
