Lots of little tweaks to figures across the different notebooks. Wanted to get these merged in before I lose track of it all. Besides some figures, other large scale things:
Added N_eff column to the data/RBD_sites.csv data table
Changed where/how I keep track of PyMol images and their rendering. I now have a structural_images subdirectory in the main repo which has some text files containing the series of commands I used to load pdbs, modfiy views, and save .pse sessions or images. We don't need to keep this here for the final public repo if we want, but I just wanted to keep track of these somewhere so we can more easily make tweaks to any structural images as we refine figures and not lose track of things
Changed dms-view output to be base-10 exponentiated instead of base-e
