Made a couple tweaks relevant for the interactive heatmap, neither of which I'm confident about, so please review carefully!
In the summary.md file, the link for "this heatmap" linked to the GitHub file which rendered nothing. I updated this to the url of the actual interactive heatmap. This is hard-coded, so I'm not sure if you prefer a different way of encoding this link in the summary markdown.
I added the reference to the raw data file in the index.md file for the rendering of the interactive heatmap html. I don't think we can visualize this until the PR is approved and it's rebuilt? So I'm not sure if I did this correclty. (I didn't re-run the interactive-heatmaps rule in the pipeline as my understanding was that this index.md document built into the actual rending of the html, not in the creation of the file output from interactive-heatmaps.)
