@skhilton, are you able to review and merge this? I'm happy to rubber stamp, but because you are actually paying attention to MaveDB uploads and may be doing it for other future data it might be more useful for you to do that?

Great thank you @skhilton! Yes I can knit and add back. For the change -- that's in the mavedb itself? Thank you for looking at that! If you approve of the rest I will convert those to public today

Ok @skhilton I knitted it together. I don't know if I'm supposed to indicate somehow that requested changes were addressed or if just needs an approval to merge?
