Create extra thumb folder from fanart #189

Now that we can select our preferred fanart size as Large "ONLY", would it
be possible to automatically populate the extra thumbs folder with these
images.

This would mean that I don't have to go through each movie to create extra
thumb folders that contain these "fanart" images.
