Add support for plantweb module #6

Hi. I added the integration with the plantweb module, and making it the default, thus alleviating the need to have Java as well as a copy of plantuml.jar on one's machine.

Yikes. I'm terribly behind on life right now and just remembered this. I'll take a look at it over the weekend.

Apologies to the lengthy delay. Just looked at this now. I agree with you that using the plantweb module makes more sense as a default case. The JVM is desperately heavy. Yes, if I'm running a Jupyter instance, I probably have the JVM (for Spark or something), but it's a bad requirement.

I'm going to pull this than clean it up for my style preferences. Expect a pypi release soon.
