Using a different formatting program is required when some TikZ packages are used.

I have included a sample that requires lualatex.

Yikes! Terribly sorry for the delay. Post-defense I was pretty burnt out in general and neglected all my repos. This LGTM. PR merged; version bumped; and, uploaded to PyPI.
