Instead of choosing AWS Deep Learning AMI for Ubuntu 18.04 from the Amazon Marketplace. The same AMI is available on the Community AMI's section with a free-tier option. Worked for me on AWS Educate.

Please include this in for anyone interested in the free option.

@kishdubey Does nvidia-smi command work? I can't detect any GPU using amazon/Deep Learning AMI (Ubuntu 18.04) Version 56.0 community AMI.
