What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt install on Ubuntu with Eclipse 3.4 using smarty 5.4
2. Restart Eclipse after it says changes are made and asks to restart
3. Attempt to find or create a tpl file or anything with smarty feature
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the option for the file to be a tpl file in the php folder
but instead it seems as though no new features arose after installation
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.4
Ubuntu 8.04
