code templates in smarty context not working #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any smarty template file
2. type foreach
3. there is a template in preferences->smarty->editor->templates which should 
be available in step 2 above 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i type foreach i should be presented with the code template in 
preferences->smarty->editor->templates but i get no proposals

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse Version :     Eclipse IDE for PHP 
Developers  1.3.0.20100617-0520 epp.package.php

smartypdt version :   Smarty 
Feature 0.9.0   org.eclipse.php.smarty_feature.feature.group

Please provide any additional information below.

php templates working fine in php scope
