Update Site not working #77

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Eclipse PHP Package from eclipse.org
2. Added Updatesite to "Install new Software" 
(http://smartypdt.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/org.eclipse.php.smarty.updatesite/)
3. Select "All Available Sites" or "Uncategorized" -> check "Smarty Feature"

After downloading and trying to install Error appears:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be 
found.
  Software being installed: Smarty Feature 0.91.0 (org.eclipse.php.smarty_feature.feature.group 0.91.0)
  Missing requirement: Smarty Feature 0.91.0 (org.eclipse.php.smarty_feature.feature.group 0.91.0) requires 'org.eclipse.php 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Used Environment:
Win 7, 64 Bit, JDK 1.7.0.60, Eclipse Luna SR 1 (4.4.1)
