An element with the id '...' not found #8

Trying to integrate a shock out page with existing master page. However, it looks like it's trying to get the form right away without the document being fully loaded.

It's using the default form in SharePoint which is "aspnetForms". Workaround is to append document.ready so it works.

Nevermind, it was the order of the script that was being executed.
