Specify the "extract to" location #261

This is somewhat puzzling, as I imagine it would be very easy to add. All the other backup tools I tested allowed a path to be specified, to which the extracted files would be restored. With Attic, it always restores to the current working directory, which is a little annoying.

_Comparison note_: Bup, Obnam, and everything else I looked at allow this.

Whoops! No sure how I missed that - it didn't turn up in my (obviously insufficient!) search.
