Added version numbers so that the mvn commands work. #33

The mvn commands don't work without the version numbers.

Hi @cstroe, if you want to use a specific version, please checkout the corresponding tag. The master branch is supposed to work with SNAPSHOT versions of PicketLink.

You can follow the steps as described here [1] about how to checkout sources and tags.
