bumped up to 7.74.0.Final #115

i don't think we need to update docker files, have you verified they actually works?

yes - they were tested and they work - we should release this since the dockerfiles for 7.74.0.Final already were pushed to quay.io.
Otherwise we should reset the dockerfiles on quay.io to 7.73.0.Final and latest.
