BXMSPROD-1545: automatic upgrade of comm. images #95

this PR

  1. upgrades the Final version of podman community images in business-central
  2. creates all needed images
  3. tests them with Selenium tests
  4. sends the PRs if everything worked well
  5. pushes the tag if everything worked well
  6. pushed the images to quay.io
