bin/setup references a non-existent fabric8-karaf-1.0.0.redhat-413.zip #63

The bin/setup file references a download location for fabric8-karaf that does not include any files:

https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/ea/io/fabric8/fabric8-karaf/1.0.0.redhat-413/

Particularly: fabric8-karaf-1.0.0.redhat-413.zip

Couple Suggestions:

  1. A new location to fabric8-karaf-1.0.0.redhat-413.zip gets referenced
  2. The build and/or version of fabric8-karaf be modified to point to a more current archive that exists within:

https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/ea/io/fabric8/fabric8-karaf/

What version and build should that be? I don't know.
