New test scenario: Use Camel route to execute rules imported by GAV. #176

Insert facts and execute rules locally in Karaf using a Camel route and kie-camel component. Rule definitions are resolved as KIE artifacts using Maven. Please cherry pick also into 1.2.x branch.
