adding the dependency on kie-ci-osgi is just temporary workaround. The tests need to updated to contain specific config for Karaf with remote repos that host the artifacts like kie-ci-osgi, so that Karaf can download them at runtime during the test execution

The fail is likely not related to changes in this PR. I am not exactly sure what is wrong in the Jenkins env, @dvirgiln any ideas?

After talking to @dvirgiln, the CI failure is not related to these changes. The build works locally, so the changes has been pushed into 1.1.x branch: https://github.com/jboss-integration/fuse-bxms-integ/commit/c8cb80042a30461dfed8cc35ee294ffd0f93de10
