reverted upgrade of jboss-IP-Bom #324

The upgrade tp jboss-ip-bom 6.0.7.Final has to be reverted as it will upgrade XStream to 1.4.9 and this contains Java 8 (non-backwards compatibile) code, which causes Webpshere to prevent the BPMS webservice from deploying.

This PR will be closed as 1.4.x and 1.5.x work with 6.0.6.Final and 1,6,x and 1.7.x work with 6.0.8.Final. 6.0.7.Final is an obsolete version.
