Remove the redundancy of projects shown in the Project selection #10

When clicking on Projects and searching for, e.g., wildfly-wildfly, we get 3 options (wildfly-wildfly-7.3.x, wildfly-wildfly-7.4.x, and wildfly-wildfly-8.0.x). All of them autofill the same upstream. It would be better to change it to show wildfly-wildfly instead. Now the options in the database are probably taken from the list of Projects Streams. In that case, the solution could be to change it to a list of Projects.

We will take the information from the PNC instead, as mentioned in https://github.com/jboss-set/build-trigger/issues/16, so this issue is no longer current.
