Modifications to run the TS in several folders with wildfly. Changes in different tests and upgrade of the cargo plugin to the new version. Added a README file explaining how to run the test-suite in wildfly.
@fjuma I have commented/excluded the two tests that cannot be fixed in the servlet30 folder. If you prefer to maintain them failing just let me know and I just un-comment them.
