What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to select default options in the "Notify Options" area below
the scrolling
checkbox list. However it is grayed out.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest v 0.10.0.0 on XP Pro
To what server (if public like jabber.org) are you connecting?
Openfire, local server
What plugins, if any, are enabled?
