Delete duplicate files with an extra space on their extensions #22

These files are init-openshift.ps1 and init-openshift.sh - note that there is an extra space in the end of the extension, so .ps1␠ and .sh␠.

This breaks git clone on Windows, with the following message:

error: invalid path 'support/openshift/init-openshift.ps1 '
fatal: unable to checkout working tree
warning: Clone succeeded, but checkout failed.
