Content Governor interceptor doesn't shows correct validation message on UI #13

Instead of validation error it shows "Your content could not be saved due to an error. You may have been logged out.".

Since Convent Governor is based on Jive built in interceptor "Message Governor" I tried it and it behave in same way.

The workaround now is to change general error message to contain information about frequency limit. These keys: error.rest.error_saving, error.rest.error_updating, error.rest.error_destroying
