Remove dependency on o.j.t.common

Replace a single common.core dependency so it's in the testing environment

Remove common.core, but add deps of common.core like wtp

Remove common.core, but add deps of common.core like wtp

Remove j2ee dep

Remove dep on wst.xml.core

Remove dep modulecore

Remove emfworkbench.integration dep

Remove more wst.common

All wtp removed, now removing the other 3 added and waiting for a fail?
