Cannot get the "Where are you" box to suggest locations in Panel #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It works with:  
src="//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&libraries=places"
2. When I use my API key it does not work:  
src="//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=AIzaSyBBb-Pw7TB7kFapMZHLsPXDE2C6HcBpw
tU"
3. Everything else works, so I can tell the API key is correct

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "Where are you" box should show suggestions as your type

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Maps JavaScript API v3
