Add http fallback method to tcpclient #26

This PR adds a fallback mode to tcpclient based on: https://github.com/sincze/Domoticz-Omnik-Local-Web-Plugin If tcpclient fails to connect over port 8899 during initialization it will try to get the last status from http://{inverter_address}:80/js/status.js. This fallback data source only supplies the following attributes:
