Travis Maintenance #74

I felt the need for a bit of spring cleaning. The test matrix has been adjusted to include newer PHP releases and Coveralls has been removed (it hasn't seen any usage anyway). This step also removed the need to invoke composer and therefore caching. This has increased the speed of test-runs dramatically; despite the larger matrix.

Upon closer inspection, this is introducing problems with PHPUnit's mockbuilder which introduced some API-breaking changes in v4.5+. For the moment this is only provoking a lot of deprecation warnings but may lead to serious problems later on. Closing the PR for now, sorry for the noise.
