Alternative to python-rdflib #4

Hello

The RDF library you used is from redland which causes a lot of the installation problem under windows machine using CYGWIN. Is there any alternative to replace the RDF library with a modern library? Which one would you recommend?

I haven't touched this code in over a decade, so I don't know how useful it will actually be.

I'd probably recommend https://rdflib.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ if you want to try and get this code working.
