Upgrade to 12.0.0 #36

Gitlab 12.0.0 is out: https://about.gitlab.com/2019/06/22/gitlab-12-0-released/ I'm opening this issue to track the update progression.

Hi dedo1911,

this package depends on the sameersb docker container (here), this is currently on 11.11.3. Once it updated to 12.0.0 i will update this package aswell. Usualy this happens within a week.

That docker image looks to now have the latest version.

Sorry I ended up deleting the comment as I realized it was my mistake. My synology was messed up I forget the exact reason right now though.
