Add the desc that the full list of environment variables #49

Hi,

I am proposing the README.md improvement for introducing the people to the full list of environment variables.

I found that this package is wrapping the sameersbn/docker-gitlab, so I thought the list of its environment variables can be applied as well.

Please review this.
