changes in handling of fixed message/idoc:
- removed not needed syntax parameters: startrecordID and endrecordID. Bots 
calculates this now.
  In existing grammar: no problem, is overwritten.
- improved gramar check: bots checks if startrecordID and endrecordID is the 
same for all records.
- performance: length of fixed records is calculated in grammar (once), not for 
each parsed record.
