MS Vista Failed to install Virtual AGC

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download file VirtualAGC-setup.exe
2. Run VirtualAGC-setup.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please find attached image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest, I'm hope. Operation system: Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Ron, Have you seen this behavior before? I don't use Vista and have no machine
directly available to reproduce this.

No, I've not seen this.  The screenshot indicates a problem in the installer 
program
rather than in VirtualAGC as such.  I have just now downloaded and installed on
Windows Vista without a problem.  I fear that I have no explanation to offer 
except
that the download could have been corrupted.  Unfortunately, on Windows there 
are no
readily-available programs to checksum the download or provide other 
assurances.  The
download size should have been 22,531,145 bytes, which I guess is a 
double-check of
sorts.  I can only suggest re-downloading and trying again.
