Sahana Integration #1

The current Sahana feed is an atom feed here: http://epic.cs.colorado.edu:9090/tweets/atom This is just pushing all #haiti + TtT primary tag to Sahana. We would like to move to pushing them structured data with that information added to the feed. The structure of that is not yet decided. It's flexible for now.
