Coalesce similar tags? #10

Should we try to coalesce equivalent values? Example: #need water == #need h2o. Should we also try to do geolocation and coalesce equivalent or nearby locations?

Coalesce similar tags - yes - users have added a few variations (as expected) to both tags and keywords. We also need to equate tags across languages.
