Perhaps a feature where the system administrator could set certain Hashtags to automatically upvote or downvote a Tweet as it's being added?

I like this, or even eventually some sort of "similarity to other upvoted items in a way that is more predictive than similarity to a random sample of items" mechanism, based on word frequencies or something like that… Gotta have the data first, though.
