Add installation instructions to the website #77

The README has installation instructions, but the website sibilantjs.info does not. I found the website confusing, because I didn’t know what to do with it. “Okay, you have just described a language – now how do I actually use it?”

The installation instructions should be copied into a new section of the website, either at the top or at the bottom.
