Failing VSTS-Tools CI #14

Following #13 merged PR, I just noticed that the badge from the extension CI indicates a failed job. Is there something I could help with to fix this? May be you could make public the Azure DevOps project building this extension so that I have a look at it? Thank you.

FYI I forked the extension so that I can have the tasks without warnings and it made me realized that my PR (#13) was not correct at all. So I suggest you either to rollback related changes or to fix the extension (see https://github.com/microsoft/azure-pipelines-task-lib/blob/master/powershell/Docs/Consuming.md).
