Getting Started Guide: UI Theme #29

Does anyone want to write a getting started guide to creating a UI Theme for Atom? Call it something like GettingStartedWithUIThemes.md and stick it in ThemeGuides/.

I can do it some time this week. Is that ok?

Just check back here and leave a comment when you plan to work on it in the event that someone else knocks the guide out before you get to it.

Sorry I have exams next week so can't get to it before 21 March. If someone wants to give this a go before that feel free to.
