Table of contents in the README #34

Open jbranchaud opened 10 years ago

As the amount of content in this repo continues to expand, I suggest we put together a table of contents towards the top of the README with links to the most important pieces of content so that people can quickly navigate to what is important to them. It will also give an overview of the repositories contents in an structured format.

Thoughts on what the organization should be?
