Fixed path issues all throughout the site. #46

The paths to the blog, blog posts, and their resources were all off. The solution to this was to utilize a baseurl variable in the Jekyll configuration. Then when the site is deployed everything is based on the actual URL. As for during local development, use the --baseurl= flag. source

All my other Jekyll sites have been deployed with a custom domain, so I wasn't used to having to set it up like this.
