Add Search Functionality #58

As was discussed in #56, I think there should be a search functionality for the site so people who know what they want info on can easily find it.

Creating a new issue from #56 because this is out of the scope of that issue.

I don't know much about this. What about embedding a google search bar? Are there other solutions that makes these easy?
