Add „Run Mode“ and „Build Mode“ #5

Run mode shows you all unlocked rooms and maby a modifier list Build mode shows you all unlocked and unlockable rooms including their modifiers

Hello, thanks for opening an issue. I need to think about this a little more before committing to adding it, but I can see it being useful in the future once modifiers are implemented. I've also considered adding the ability to create paths for running a vault, and I think that would fit with this nicely.
