cli app close_tag #253

It's good manner to don't add "?>" end of file to avoid adding extra spaces unwanted. I remembered that elefant used to clean close tags in some files before. I find that in cli app, close tags are generated by default. Remove it may be better.

Just fixed, along with a few other improvements to the cli app :)
