2018 Cannot Install #2

https://packagecontrol.io/packages/SublimeWebColors but not present in Sublime Text 3124 PackageControl module. PackaControl.io shows last update 2014.

Note, presently CSS colors poorly handled by CSS3 y0ssar1an. CSS3 no longer hints anything for inline CSS and sporadically works for embedded and style sheets. y0ssar1an ignores complaints. Sublime Text Support ignores complaints.

Is SublimeWebColors our only hope?

It's not compatible, but it could be made to be.
