Toolbar disappears when fullscreened in Firefox #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open HttpFox
2. Press F11 to make Firefox fullscreen
3. Toolbar is no longer accessible 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The toolbar should stick around

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 3.5.3 on Easy Peasy 1.1 (Ubuntu 8.10 w/Netbook Remix for netbooks)

Adblock Plus fixed this issue by simply adding fullscreentoolbar="true" 
attribute to the toolbar tag.
