Do we really need the connector "Settings"? #83

The data websocket URL not likely to change. Also, it is broken since recordings.new route was changed.

Settings are also used to to store layout state, I'll remove the stuff for web adapter though because it's not used anymore since we got rid of the mock adapter.

Sounds good. I just meant the UI portion of it; probably a good idea to keep the settings functionality itself.
